However, in case you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately and we will correct the situation, provide a refund. We stand behind the products we sell and guarantee that they are authentic. Below you will find our refund policies.

If you’re not satisfied with the service or product, simply email us at contact@The Doon Your issues are reviewed by members of the Senior Management and personally responded within 24-48 hours.

Refund Request

  1. Refund request can be initiated through
  2. All refund requests must be made within 5 days of purchase.
  3. We will process your request within 3 to 5 business days of receiving all the information required for processing refunds like the reason for a refund, bank details for processing requests, etc.
  4. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, we will initiate the collection of the product(s) to be returned.
  5. The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in the original packaging.
  6. The refund will be completed within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of reverse pick up. 

Refund Process:

In all the above cases, if the claim is found to be valid, Refund will be made as mentioned below:

  1. Order placed through the online wallet will be credited to the wallet; or
  2. Order placed through Net Banking or online payment portal will be credited to your payment account; or
  3. Order placed through cash on delivery will be refunded through fund transfer to customer bank account.
